Mistakes and Returns

If WE make a mistake and ship the wrong item, call us for authorization to return the item for exchange or full refund.

If YOU make a mistake and decide you don't want an item or ordered the wrong thing, email us for instructions. Most items can be returned (but only within 14 days after you have received them) as long as they are in exactly the same condition as when we sent them. Some items do incur a restocking fee, and some items are not returnable if they have been opened. ANY item returned will ONLY be credited IF you have PRIOR AUTHORIZATION, all of the original packaging AND the invoice (make a copy) and return the item to our store with all shipping and insurance fees paid. We do not accept any CODs. Unauthorized returns will be refused and you will be charged by your carrier for shipping both ways.
